PF Claim Settled, but Money Not Received? Why Payments Fail After Approval
Seeing your EPF claim marked as “Settled” feels like the final step but the money doesn’t always arrive instantly. In EPFO terms, “settled” simply means your claim has been verified and payment instructions have been sent to the bank, not that the funds have reached your account. Typically, the amount is credited within 3–5 working days. However, delays can occur due to issues like incorrect bank details, inactive accounts, or technical failures in the banking system.
