Why Kustodian started?
Around 7 Years Back, we lost a close friend. His family was left grieving, but life’s got even complicated as the system gave them no real path forward. They were met with dormant accounts, loans, document issues, and endless errors. They were running across the departments, but could not get the right support at a critical time.
What should have been a straightforward process took four years and caused a kind of pain that does not leave easily, because they had no real structured support. We watched the Friends family struggle through follow-ups, dead ends, and silence.
