3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

4. WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA
We process your information for service delivery and operational needs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. HOW WE HANDLE GOVERNMENT IDS

For Aadhaar, we only process masked Aadhaar numbers as per UIDAI guidelines.

We never store full Aadhaar numbers.

If full Aadhaar is provided manually (for PAN–Aadhaar matching or verification), it is used solely for verification and application purposes and is not retained beyond the completion of the claim or related activity.

Clients may choose to share masked IDs where acceptable for verification.
6. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA
We share your information only in limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted third parties who provide secure storage, identity verification, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and compliance with Indian data protection laws.

Government ID documents used for verification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) are not stored beyond the purpose of verification and settlement.
